Good morning

Well this is a new site for me but I had my surgery April 22,2010 and have been very successful, I went from 393 pounds 3 weeks before surgery to 330 day of surgery and currently I am 202. Need to find the drive to get to my goal witch is 170 anyone have any ideas and good meals or exercise programs that work.. I fluctuate between 195-202 for last couple months .. Time to find a good group to help drive me to my goal weight !!!

Congratulations on your weight loss thus far. 191 pounds is quite an accomplishment. It looks like you had surgery over 5 years ago.
