Hello, I am going through the process now.

I attended the 3 month options class from June 16 - Sept 1 in Hollywood/Sunset.

I am scheduled for surgery, the sleeve, tomorrow.

I lost 25 lbs pre-op following the nutritionist/Options suggestions.

I just added walking and reduced my calories to 1200 daily.

I feel Kaiser prepared me well.

So far, so good.

I was Kaiser So California San Diego. We had six months of classes. I had my bypass on 07/29/15.

Hello all! Just curious if anyone has had the surgery with Kaiser (southern ca) ? If so, any info on the process would be greatly appreciated ???? thank you

Sorry meant to respond that I am in the Kasier process now. Options completed in Baldwin Park in Sept and consult with Dr Kim in WLA on Monday(husbands day off) going to ask for WLS surgery in Jan. Husband retiring end of Dec and wants to assist with process
