Fighting with my thoughts

It is so interesting how my bad habits are still in place ..Bought some donught holrs for my Son passed it on the counter stopped and almost reached for one and I said to my self you cant have that it will make u sick .. I always ate when bored and still catch myself opening the fridge to look for something to eat when not hungry ..

Thank God I can resist this just got to break this bad habit..

Doing good wont weigh again until friday .Hw 363 Sw 340 last friday 319 slowly coming off started gym 3 times a week want to be under 300 by the end of the month wish me luck India928
