Live overseas - looking for virtual mentor!

Hi All,

I am a Canadian living and working in Argentina. I just had my surgery on September 3rd and am home feeling great! I had an amazing experience and my surgeon has been wonderful. Would love to chat in English with all you bypass gurus. Am heading to the States in a few weeks and would love to know suggested post-surgery food items that I should bring back here.

Thanks in advance for all and any assistance you can give me!

Congratulations on your successful surgery!! I'm barely on my pre-op liquid diet. Sorry I can't help with food suggestions but I'm certain there are many people out here that can assist you in that. God Bless!!
