Mini gastric bypass

Hey everyone, I'm 3weeks post op and I'm finding it hard.. I feel like I'm not eating enough. I only eat two yogurts per day. I ate a sausage roll and now my family think I've stretch my stomach and now I'm way to scared to eat now. I don't get any aftercare..

Are you getting your Protein shakes in? What stage are you in (pureed or soft foods)? You did not stretch your stomach, don't worry! Just make sure you are measuring when you eat, that way you won't over do it. The most important things are getting in your Water and your protein.

So this weekend I can bring food in but I'm scared to! I'm not on any protein shakes. I'm going for a meal with my girls on Saturday and 1st time eating solid food. But because my family got into my head that I've stretch it, I don't want to eat n I'm starving myself basically

Mini Gastric Bypass is a totally different operation than Gastric Bypass and the requirements (meal volume and permissible food types) are different. Perhaps Gemmabee89 you might detail the requirements laid out by your surgeon or nutricianist. Do you have restrictions on the amount of food you can eat per meal? I do not believe you are stretching your stomach. The best advise is to follow the guidelines of your physician.
