I pray you get the funding. I am trying to figure out a way to come up with the funding also. I never thought about using GoFund me. It would be amazing if everyone could donate $5 to support people in situations like this.

I work for the surgeon who did my sleeve and we use Prosper Healthcare Lending. They will loan up to $100,000 for bariatric surgery and everything that goes along with it. I don't know what your credit situation is but it might be an option to look in to. They require a credit score in the 600s and allow you 7 years to pay it off.
