I got a bug on day 10!

I felt terrible yesterday. Pain, nausea, and GERD. Called WLC and they guided me through the GERD. I stayed in bed all day. I'm a little better today, but very tender. Took one big nap. I feel like I've been set back from recovering. It almost feels like day 1. Anyone get sick this early?

I did get cold sick within 3 weeks post op. It sucked!

I am so sorry you are not feeling well and especially sorry you are having gets issues. Which surgery did you have?

I had by-pass. I'm still not right. The doctor had the nurse call in a cocktail to help and when my husband went to get it it didn't get called in. We upped the Prolsec an that has helped a little. I'm hating these protein drinks. I have left a message but it seem to be an answering machine.

Arg! I got the flu with I think an infection week three as well. I still have the worst cough ever (just crossed the month-line). I found cold medicines with how little food is in my stomach AWFUL. Between pain meds before and cold meds this last week I haven't had a clear head since pre-op and I miss the few days in between when I was just in pain! BUT it's getting better now and the rebound is amazing! I feel great about everything all at once and plain old recovery discomforts don't bug me now. (For what that's worth!)

Oh goodness! You are doing so good! I mean taking medicine takes up so much space! I hate it. Just got a hold of my surgeon and she had to call them. The would take electronic. I'm spitting up foam now.

Ufff! I'm sorry! It can't last forever and the rest of the rough days will almost certainly pass so much more easily when it's done.
