When will I stop?

So I keep expecting for my weight loss to stop. I am only 3 lbs from my goal my hair is super thin I'm questioning if I need a wig, and wondering when it will stop? Does anyone know? I have lost 120.8 lbs since October 15th, 2014. I am only 3 lbs from my goal of 135. How much smaller will I get?
