It's been awhile

Hi there to all. It has been a very long time since I was here. The band is good. I have had 2 fills and the 3rd one was a unfill. Not on purpose. The Doc took out my fills to see what I had and best I can guess that he did not refill it before my fill. So I was at 2 cc's they took out 2 and only put in 1cc. A wasted trip to Dallas and back. It was a 13 hour turn around trip.

I have lost 23.5 pounds and 16.5 inches so far. My meds are cut in half and I have not had to take a Tums, Rolaid or Maalox since the surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more acid reflux or heartburn!!!!!!!!!!! My working out kinda stopped. This is a very busy time for me at work and with 3 acres to mow and keep up is taxing my time. I am been able to wear shirts that I have not worn for years and had to give up so shorts because my friend said they were way to baggy.

I hope to get back to working out and get my fill back.
