@@JLT1971 congrats on your surgery, how do you feel 1 month out? I'm feeling pretty good not even 24 hours from my surgery since they had to push the time back a bit. Yesterday was just ice chips, today I'm onto my 60 ml/hr of water as tolerated and even more walking than yesterday. I'm not regretting this at all even though I'm sore still

Glad you are feeling good! Keep those meds pumping-they are a life saver, cuz DANG!

I feel really great actually. I'm down 28 from surgery and clothes already are big. I'm back to work and back to the craziness of my family life, so I have to really make a conscious effort to get my walking in. Eating every 3 hours is hard. I am never hungry so in the beginning I was going too long and then getting weak. I set alarms on my new Fitbit so that helps. Do what they tell you while you are there. And waking helps so much! Do your breathing too.
