Help with app

Could someone please help me. I want to change my profile pic but the app just says processing & wont change. Also how do I get a ticker?

    I haven't tried the pic thing but to add a ticker I only clicked on the top where it says " Hello Jane 13" and hit tickers and started adding info. Not my thing, computers...

    I don't think you can do a ticker on the app. Only the computer
