Fallon Healthcare

Has anyone had Fallon and gotten approval. I called them and they told me they didn't go by bmi and every case is different. I am starting my journey this week and I want to know what to do to help approval.

I had Fallon up until the day before I started with the program, (then my company switched to BCBS of MA). Under the Fallon plan, they would have required me to be in the surgical program for four months, and then assess then.

Its 6 mos now. What do you know about what you needed for the approval?

Lisa

All the sheet from the surgeon said, was the four months in a supervised program.
