Quest Protein Powder

Has anyone used quest protein powder and do you use it for shakes or for baking/cooking? The employee at the vitamin shop I use suggested it but thought I would check here for reviews.

I have used both the chocolate and vanilla for Protein shakes and both are very good. I have not yet tried to cook with them.

I bought the unflavored/multi purpose one and it's disgusting. I haven't baked with it though. But tried to add to food, and had to throw it in the bin,
