Your PCP'S reaction to Mexico

Hey everyone, I am anxiously awaiting my appointment with my PCP. I am hoping to get sleeved in Mexico in June with Dr. Zavalza. I am going to meet with my PCP on May 11th to talk to her about it. I want to be sure she will be on board for follow up care. I have had her all of my adult life and she is amazing! I'm just wondering what everyone's experiences were telling their PCP about Mexico (good or bad) TIA
