one month after

well it's been 1 month and I've lost 40 pounds... I go to get my little girl in 32 days and I am hoping to have lost another 30 by then. She's 12 and has never seen me under 300 pounds. What can I expect in the 2nd month? Do I keep losing or does it flatten out? Anyway guys I've started eating real food agin. I cook 4oz of chicken but never eat moe than 2, which is such a change from 6 weeks ago...

You wanna keep up the increased weight loss.....kick up the exercise. You will have more energy as you lose and can do more in the gym and you will lose more and constantly feel better and better. It's a win win. Hit the gym. ;)
