Good Morning All

needing a little bit of info this morning my paperwork was supposed to be faxed off last week. How long does it take them to give an answer and should I call to ask if the Drs office even faxed it yet.. im really anxious and nervous...any info would be greatly appreciated.

BCBS of NC here and yes call everyday if you have to. I know I did. The place I use has on several occasions gone a week or two to get back to me with just simple questions, so I had to call everyday till I got an answer. It was about a total of 2weeks and I got an approval. But my Drs office had it for about a week and a half. When I called BCBS they said they try to respond within a day or two. I'd call your insurance to see if anything has been submitted yet. I'm totally glad I stayed on top of it. Good luck and Godspeed ????????????
