RNY and laparoscopic nissen

Is there anyone who has had a laparoscopic nissen (surgery for severe acid reflux)? I just wondered how the nissen affected the RNY. My surgeon said he would have to take down the portion of my stomach where the nissen was. He also said my surgery time would be about an hour longer than the typical RYN surgery.

I'm going threw the same process but Dr isn't sure if I'll have a omega loop bypass or a gastric bypass, he has said it will take some time for the OP since I have to have the Nissen fundoplication undone and then the bypass, he also mentioned that I may need open surgery but he won't no till he gets in there and looks.
