Surgery date March 9th

Hello My name is Ty Im 26 from Dallas Tx and I'm having the gastric sleeve on the 9th of March,I know I really want this but I have some concerns.I want to know how can I ensure that I look healthy after surgery? Aswell as how can I reduce excess skin?
