Going bonkers here

I was sleeved on September 25, 2014. The weight was coming off wonderfully. Now, not so much. I started at 222 and currently weigh 170. I haven't lost anything at all since before Christmas. I am doing everything I have been told to do by the doctor to be successful but the numbers are stuck. I have tried eating more on some days to see if it will jump start it. But nothing. Is this long of a stall normal?

  • Everybody is different and yes stalls are frustrating. Stay with the program and the weight will come off.

  • I decided to jump back on the preop diet for a day and I have no idea if that is what helped, but stepped on scale this morning and it's moving again. Down to 165 as of this morning. So 5 more pound

Going through a stall now..starting weight 240

Current weight 170

So mad....plus it was my first week to exercise really hard!!!! I worked out everyday running...lifting weights the body sculpt class...I was a machine.

To Jump on that scale and see no movement was maddening!!!

I'm determined to get this last 45 off so am open to any and all suggestions...I will def be shaking things up....I knew this last set of weight was not going to want to come off but that option isn't on the table....your post made me feel like I wasn't alone in this and since we share the same month of being sleeved it truly encouraged me

So thanks for posting????
