Thanks! I did really good. I picked a few tiny tender pieces off turkey. ( had to taste it) when came time to eat. Had tablespoon of garlic mashed potatoes and couple of bites deviled egg. Wanted

I am like everyone else been heavy most of my life. My parents are both type 2 diabetic and so was my mother's parents. I've always kinda worried that I was going to have to take insulin like they do. So started to research options and was luck my insurance company would help me. I just wanted to share with everyone my pictures. The first one is back in September and other one was today. Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.
