Restriction while Pregnant

Prior to getting pregnant I had been very successful with sleeve.. Had lost almost 100lbs. In the beginning of my pregnancy, I felt the restriction prior to getting pregnant, but I noticed I was getting hungry a lot quicker. Now at 7 1/2 months pregnant I feel like there isn't much restriction at all. I don't know if its my body making sure I am getting the proper calories I need for the baby at this time or if I should contact my surgeon about an issue with my surgery. I think I read previously that people have had less restriction while pregnant, and once the pregnancy it goes back to how it was.

Help.. kinda freaking out... I hate gaining the weight and now I'm nervous there could be something wrong
