HSA or FSA

Has anyone used either in Mexico to help with expenses for the sleeve? I was exploring a Jan surgery in Mexico.

    Technically should be able to get reimbursed with appropriate documentation.

    Do you have an HSA credit card? Have clinic run a charge of &10 to confirm it will allow it.

    Those credit cards are tied to approved "types" of locations. So you can't use it at a gas station for example
