if a second doc consulted, do they charge a fee for the consultation? has anybody on here changed doctors prior to surgery? thanks

    I have changed doctors and the second opinion doctor will charge you.

    Yes of course they will charge you.

    Yes people have changed surgeons before their surgery but you better check with your insurance to make sure that they won't make you start the process all over again for doing so.
