Please verify coverage

I was one of the people who knew it was covered but didn't check how much it was covered. Now I am waiting on my date but will have a whole in my pocket for months. Don't let this happen to you.

    I have a co pay of 1600 no matter what and thats with a PPO hopefully its not that much for you

    I have a 750 copay but BCBS only covers 50% of it. I thought that since it was covered as long as the copay is made its covered completely. . ????
