Insurance question

I was approved through medicare I was contacted by the patient coordinator I just wanted to know do they scheduled all the appoints for me or do I have to do them on my own this is new to me im confused and anxious at the same time I just cant believe that they answered back so quick

Depending on how the program is set up, you should have a team made up of nutritionists, behavioral specialist, your surgeon, PA, etc... They will schedule all your appointments for you, so don't worry about that. Best of luck to you on your amazing journey!!

For the most part all of the appointments were scheduled by my surgeons office. They have been great about setting everything up. I have 6 more weeks of supervised diet and then I can submit to insurance for approval.

The only thing I've had to schedule myself was my pcp who does my supervised weight loss program for the next 5 months. I go the 26th to my first real dietician appointment
