September 6, 201411 yr Author Walking as much as possible from day 1. I bought a bike to ride after 4 months. I am now working out 4 days a week with a trainer.

September 7, 201411 yr Congrats! I'm green with envy! I'm at 94 lost just before my 6 month mark. I had hoped to be at 100 for my 6 month visit (23rd). Still, much to celebrate! You look awesome!!!!!
