Looking for a Dr. in New York

I'm considering in getting band but need to know if there is a Doctor near where I live. I live kinda upstate N.Y. around Lake George area, Glens Falls area. Anyone that may have any advice I would be greatly appreciated for your help.If I have to I will travel to Albany but perferr closer. :help:
