Finally after two flippin' weeks of being the exact same weight I went down two lbs this am!!! (I weigh daily) I'm so happy. Yesterday was my 8 week surgiversary and I'm now down 45 lbs. I hope I don't hit a stall again for a while. Back to losing! Woo-hoo! :)

I don't know if this is what did it but I have a very active lifestyle plus I have been exercising a lot since I hit six weeks post op. This is also when my stall began. So I increased my calories from 700/day to 900-1000/day for the last three days. Maybe that did the trick? Sharing that info in case it can help someone else. I will NOT go over 1000 though and I'll see what happens over the next few weeks.

I've also been in a stall for over a week, I actually gained a pound, and guess I need to do something different. Do I add carbs or calories, less Protein, or what? I can't eat any more, I'm full!

Feels like I've been doing the right things but now it doesn't work. I can exercise more, but I guess 700 - 1000 calories a day of mostly Protein and less than 30 carbs isn't working.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
