I've only heard wonderful things about Quest bars, they are my nut's favorite to recommend.

Quest bars are the BOMB!!!! i LOVE the cookies & cream and the choc chip cookie dough ones. 21 gm protein and about 180 cals. not bad. i have one everyday for an afternoon snack. makes getting my protein easy...

Glad to hear that I'm defitnely ordering them

I just got on the Quest bar bandwagon. Three boxes delivered today. I like the Cookies and cream and strawberry cheesecake the best, but others are good, too.

I've just recently heard they have chips. Would love to know if some has tried them and what they think.

I see a number of people posting that they won't try the Quest bars because of the carb content. Don't let that scare you off, as most bars net down to just a few active carbs.

My dogs love quest bars. That's who got to eat all the samples I ordered. I couldn't stand that gooey, gummy texture and overly sweet, artificial taste. I think I am in the minority, however.

I love them, double chocolate chunk is my favorite. My daughter just told me that Quest is coming out with protein crisps (like Potatochips) and they also have a peanut butter cup. She said its great, just not the same as Reese's.

I haven't tried them yet but I have seen videos of people baking them like cookies and using them in recipes.

Where can you get them? Do they have to be ordered online?

GNC and The Vitamin Shoppe sale them.

Thank you! I have a really hard time with protein. I gag on every shake I try so maybe these will help.

I have the same problem. The powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken Soup was the best option I have found. Have you tried unflavored protein added to your food? I have some but never tried it.

I tried the chicken soup right after surgery and did not like it. Its worth trying again. I have found my tastes have changed since those first few weeks. I tried the unflavored in a bottle of flavored Water I felt it had a horrible after taste but I should probably try again. I found out if I heat up the milk and try to drink the unjury chocolate I like the taste BUT it doesn't mix very well and the chunks make me sick.

Eating and drinking have been a huge struggle for me.

I have not had any Protein supplements in about 4 weeks. I have been trying to get my protein from food but not getting any were near enough. I agree I was able to do the chicken soup UNTIL I bought the whole tube now I can't stand it. I bought 4 Quest Bars and lost them (I suspect my little ones found them). I have decided that there is no way in the world that I was getting 80-100 gms of protein with my old eating habits so I refuse to stress over nasty protein supplements.
