Pain in pouch area after gyn surgery

I had a salpingo-oopherectomy yesterday, today having pain in my pouch. My RNY was done in 2004. The surgery yesterday was laperascopic and much lower than where my pouch is, so I'm thinking maybe pain from the gasses they pump in?

Anyone else experience this?
