Have lost 20 lbs 5'6 199. But I am getting hungry I am drinking and eating cream soup, they just told me to drink more protein shakes. My surgery was supposed to take only 1.5 hours but it took 5.5 and they had to call in another dr to help.i had surgery at 218 lbs? Due to hyadal hernia and prostate surgery, my insides were all messed up. Thank goodness no problems yet.

Oh wow! 5.5 hours is a long time. I'm glad you're doing well! I had my surgery 2 weeks ago too, still on shakes and clears. I also had my hiatal hernia fixed at the same time. I can't wait to actually chew something! Hopefully my diet will be advanced next Monday. Congrats on your weight loss and no complications!

Congrats to you both and welcome to the losers bench I am glad that you both are doing so well.
