I've found that recently, I have a very harsh reaction to milk and some milk products. Ice cream is out, as is cottage cheese and sherbet. I realize the ice cream and sherbet should be out anyway, and they were treats anyway, but I mainly ate them to test my theory. The reaction to the cottage cheese was violent and almost immediate - it went right through me! The other two just bring on VERY painful gas with cramping. I can generally eat cheese, especially "cheese products" like Kraft slices, and even cheese quesadillas. (I'm in Texas, so this is a great way for me to eat Protein without regular bread with carbs).
I guess I'm not really looking for a cure, but mostly to see if anyone else suddenly developed this after their sleeve. I was sleeved 11/20/13, so I'm still in the first year.
Thanks for any and all input.
