isolated in the south

Hi all I had RNY on Oct.29 2013. I cannot go to my support groups at my center(too far) and I have relocated to Savannah, Ga. and have searched for support here and nothing has materialized. If you are pre-op I can help with questions. I jumped through some serious hoops and had so many setbacks. When I finally had surgery I had complications that took me over a month to recover from, but I would do it 100 times over! If post op I could sure use someone to talk to as well.I really have no one to speak to about this as it seems people who have not been "modified".... well it feels like I am a burden or,they can't relate. HELP : )

There are some great private groups on FaceBook if you are interested. I can send you an invite if you like?

Yes there is. It is called a closed group. You only thing that would break your privacy is if you forget to post in the group and post in your own wall instead. It happens.

Just search groups about WLS and you will find plenty. Just make sure they are closed groups if that's what you are looking for.
