Greetings everyone,
Someone posted about blending greek yogurt with fresh fruit, and I decided to try it. I sweetened the mixture with Sweet Drops Coconut (it's stevia-based and very delicious). It's a little on the high-side as far as carbs are concerned (15g), so I'm only having them once or twice a week right now. But 11g of Protein works nicely!
(2) 5.3oz containers of plain greek yogurt
(1) cup diced fresh pineapple
A few drops of Sweet Drops Coconut flavor
Blend in blend, and pour into popsicle molds and freeze!
This gave me (3) pops
