How Often Do You PB?

I had a bad one today. I seem to PB only around TOM. How often does everyone here PB?

I'm terrified of slipping by PBing too often. I ate too much today (PMS) was a bit out of control and did not listen to my signals to stop, PB'd and my stomach is so sore and inflamed.

Anyone else? How often?
