How do you know when

Hi, everyone I just wanted to know what where signs or syptoms of band slippage. The past 2 days i have been feeling weak and some nausea for the most of the day. Does this mean somethings wrong,or am i parinoid.:help: Any advice is apperciated, thanks. rjb
