Shmily I had my surgery Feb 11th. Thank you for the suggestions. I bought these charcoal pills at the pharmacy...when I tried to take a pill today the capsule opened up and poured all over my hand and in my purse...I was mortified!!! It looked like I had spilled toner all over me :( Needless to say I never got to try it to see if it works or not.

Are any of you having issues with gas ?

I am a month out and am eating regular food, do you think maybe thats the problem? I mainly eat chicken (grilled)
