Getting Frustrated

So my BMI is 40 and my insurance supposedly cover the procedure at 100% if I get approved. Well my doctors office gave me a surgery date for 3.28.14. I am so frustrated because they still havent submitted my papework to the insurance. I have everything ready to go and I am so afraid that after I jump through all the hoops they will say no to me .

Some doctors know what it takes to get approved - have you discussed with their insurance people?
