Have gotten of the wagon and started drinking pop again and having a hard time getting back on the right path. Also does anyone know of any exercises at the gym with an injured knee.

Stop buying pop and recumbent bikes work for me. Elliptical too, but it will depend on what type of knee injury you have? Rowing?

If I have girl scout Cookies in the house, I'll eat them. If not, I don't. No pop in house, no pop in tummy.

Try the pool. You will be able to walk, and have the resistance from the water. Bikes are also great!

Its hard, because the place I live at pop is everywhere, but hopping moving out soon will be easier, because I will be buying the groceries and have a say what comes in and not the influence of not having roommates that are constantly bring pop in the house.
