I need some advice!

Sorry in advance, this is a little gross! I just threw up dinner! I think I cleared out my stomach! How do you all track your calories when it doesn't stay down?

    Yeah, I think when we start tracking poop calories, we will have gone too far.

I would track it as if it didn't come up. That's my opinion. Or make a note on the side saying that it did come up. There's really no way to know how much your body absorbed or didn't absorb.

I agree with Missrodd. But something else to think about, you don't normally count what comes out the other end, right? Lol, now that's a gross thought. But you don't count it, right? I'd just make a note so if & when your doctor ask how often you throw up & what you threw up, you can tell them if it matters.
