How are we all doing ??????

Well its spring time and I was wondering if you all are late starters on exercise cause i am just now trying to get more into exercising and it is tough. Does it really improve your weightloss. I was banded aug 24 2006 and had my first fill in oct 2006 with no restriction and here it is march 2007 and have had four fills and only lost 32lbs. 221 to 189 and i am 5 3, is this normal or very slow? I have a 4cc band. Talk to you later .:embarassed: RJB
