1 Year Post-Op

Hi everyone, sorry I have been away for so long. My weight loss is still progressing although it has slowed down. I have decided to do an off-road race called a Spartan Race in February so I will let you know how that goes. Pants size is down from a 58 to a 40! So, I am very happy but I still have some more weight to get rid of. Here are my numbers.

Sleeved: 12/26/12 @ *422 lbs*

Now: 12/31/13 @ *252*

So, as of this point I am down 170 lbs and have lost 40% of my body weight. I hope everyone is doing great in their journey.
