How Do We Update Our Tickers?

I can see my tickers when a post in topics but I cannot see them on my blog or update them. :-(

    Were your tickers visible on your blog prior to our upgrade ?

    Thank you. I was able to update my ticker. Now that you ask, I can't remember if it was on the blog or not.
