My clinic has us eat 6 times a day. No more than 4 oz ( 1/2 cup) per meal. I weigh my food. I progressed from fluids like protein shakes for 2 weeks, then purée food for 2 weeks, then soft food for 2 weeks. I'm eight weeks post now. I try to add new food slowly. Everyone progresses at their own rate though. I still supplement with protein shakes to get all my protein in.
