I feel bad

Had surgery in Jan 2006 and have gained back 120 lbs and cannot control it it finally stopped on its own but eating literly makes me feel bad.

    See a counselor. Don't let the guilt stop you from reaching out and getting help. Preferably a bariatric counselor. I will pray for you! You deserve happiness!!!!
