Mildly Frustrated

I sent in for a transfer of my information from one clinic to the one I'm having my revision from. I sent it in 9/25. I waited for the whole month of Oct seeing as they could have been busy. I called them on the 30th after the other clinic still didn't have my information. They claimed they never got the fax even though I got a confirmation that it had went through. They just sent the info today. I just got to schedule an appointment with the surgeon and it won't be until 12/9. I could have been to see him or atleast got to see him this month but no dice. I knowits my fault but had I known I would have called much earlier. So now I have a whole month to wait. It will be hard to schedule my surgery since my schedule at work comes out a month at a time.
