Maintenance?!

Hello everyone! So I'm coming up to my 1 year anniversary very quickly (surgery date was 12-12-12) and I'm at goal weight. I've never been able to get down more than 850 calories in a day and I'm wondering what in the heck am I going to do to get to the 1200 calorie maintenance mark?? Also I think it's kinda funny but I live with mfp app in my hand. If I have food in front of me I have the app open on my phone. I know I'm a little obsessed but I also have OCD so I'm not too terribly worried about that part.

I'm more concerned with what people do for maintenance mode? Food choices, calorie intake, work outs etc. Thanks for the help guys!
