I tested your account from two browsers without any problems. Which browser are you using please ? Mind test another ?

Can you test with Chrome, FireFox or Safari please and let me know what you see ? Are you sure you're running the latest version of IE ?

Alex. I run the latest IE. And I just downloaded Chrome, which only confuses me. There's no change in my messages. Chrome just offers a very simple Google page, but I still have to close it out to get to "My Favorites". Does this info help?
