Probiotics

Wow! What a gigantic difference in gas since I started taking a daily probiotic! The gas is so much better! I feel almost like a human again lol. I'm so glad I found that tip thanks to Google :)

I bought Probiotics after someone mentioned that it helped w/constipation. I managed to get the pill down (it was fairly large) but it didn't feel too good. I figured I'd try them again in the future...

Where do you find Trubiotics, if you don't mind my asking?

I bought it at the drug store and at the grocery store. They have it on amazon too. It's made a real big difference for me.

How soon after your surgery did you start taking them?

a few weeks. When the gas was really getting to me.

I take the ones called probiotic pearls got them at Walmart. About the size of a pearl easy to swallow

date of surgery 02/21/12 surgery weight 340 lbs. current weight 146 lbs
