Question about weight

Hi all,

So I am wondering how will I know when I'm done losing the weight? How does the body know when to stop?

Your body is a smart animal. Weight loss usually slows down as you get down to your goal. For most people getting underweight is not a problem as they will not get that low of a Bmi. For some people especially lightweights they may indeed get underweight and have to adjust their diet to eat more to maintain or gain weight.

Thank you so much for the response, I'm still figuring this all out, I kinda feel like I've lost 80 in 4 months and now I think I'm done!!
